Located at Van Son Lake area, Chuong My District, Hanoi, Vietnam, just 45 minutes (40km) from the Hanoi Convention Centre, Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club features two 18 hole PGA-standard separate courses – Sky and Lake – a golf academy, a 5-star resort with hotel and pool villas, serviced residencial golf villas with a range of leisure, cultural, relaxation, spa and sports facilities.

This 200-ha wide project is located in a very unique area, surrounded by magnificent mountains and a large natural lake, providing a perfect getaway not only for golfers but also their families.

Offering the perfect natural environment for real golfers, Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club’s golf courses will be among the best golf in the world. The 18-hole Lake course to the west (holes 1 to 18) is a links-style course, providing a wild, masculine challenge on 510,000sqm of land, with grand lakes and beautiful mountains as backdrops, as well as the longest course in Vietnam (7,625yard). The other 18-hole Sky golf course to the east (holes 19 to 36) measures 7,265 yards and is surrounded by natural Vietnamese unique forest, providing an exotic skyline.

The club house will be located at the center of the courses, featuring a spa, meeting and conference area, golf pro-shop, bar and fully equipped driving range with the latest golfing technology. The 300 serviced residencial golf villas will also be located close to the courses to provide locations for golfers to rest between rounds or overnight. The Golf Village is another masterpiece being built on a magnificent scale. Sky Lake Golf Village’s exotic landscape provides different impressions from the Club House and represents your class. Beginners will also have the chance to be instructed by one of the world’s best golf teachers, US PGA’s Class A Member, the Korean Mr. Eric Jun.

The project is impressive even by international standards. The five-star hotel comprises condominium-style units and pool villas, which will all provide wonderful views of the surrounding golf course, mountains and lakes. The hotel will be three-to-five storeys with a total of 300- 390 international-standard rooms, along with a diverse range of high-quality services. With 122 joined pool villas located along the slopes of the hill, including 80 high-class pool villas along the shore of Van Son Lake, Sky Lake Resort & Golf Club aims to attract a wide range of local and international customers. You and your family will make special memories enjoying the pool villa, family resort, water park, spa, and horseback riding.

The project is being implemented by FINE AM Engineering Co., Ltd., a prestigious construction and design company that has successfully designed many outstanding projects in Korea such as the CJ Nine Bridges, which was in the world’s top 100 best golf courses. The two golf courses at the complex saw the special participation of Mr. Robert Owen Painter, who constructed the Front Line Shaper of Kings Barns Golf Links in UK, which was among the Top 100 Courses in the World in 2005, as well as Mr. Ronald Gene Leck, who constructed the Sky Course Shaper of Sky 72 Golf Course in Korea.

With total capital of more than $150 million by DK ENC Vietnam Co, Ltd, the project is currently constructing the first stage of the Lake 18-hole golf course. Almost 80 per cent has been completed and golfers can now play the first nine holes. The rest will be finished by the end of this year to be ready for the Lake golf course’s official opening in early 2010. The whole project will be completed by 2013, bringing a high-standard golfing experience and luxurious lifestyle for golfers and tourists.
